Requires Electricity rather than industrialization. A unique gatling gun with 2 range, as well as a unique promotion tree. A cheaper windmill that may be built regardless of terrain, providing an addition 4 science and +5% production.
Receive Electricity and one Misaka Mikoto unit for free with the discovery of Scientific Theory. Capital gets +20% science and +1 science and production per every 4 population. Trait: Academies give +2 food, +1 production, +5 science.
